Turron Kofi Alleyne, Actor, Resurrection

 
After graduating from Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts B.F.A. program just over three years ago, Turron Kofi Alleyne has made an impressive start in his career. His film credits include Invincible (as Ronnie Sampson) with Mark Wahlberg, as well as the film Blackout (as Khalil) with Jeffrey Wright and Melvin Van Peebles. Theatrically, he has performed at the Lincoln Center in New York (lead role of W.W. in Fly directed by Richardo Khan) and at Shakespeare’s Globe Theater in London, England (Antonio in Twelfth Night directed by Mike Alfreds). TV credits include "Law & Order."
 
Turron Kofi is currently starring in the World Premiere of Daniel Beaty's groundbreaking play, Resurrection, at DC's Arena Stage, and thanks his Father Jesus Christ for his many blessings.
